More Families are Switching to Hybrid Learning for 2021-22 School Year

By May 10, 2021May 12th, 2021Uncategorized

As the 2020-2021 school year comes to an end, many families in Arizona are already looking ahead to next school year and asking themselves where they will be sending their children.

Even though the country is slowly opening back up, families across the state are questioning if sending their children to a traditional brick-and-mortar school is the best choice; as time goes on, more are opting to switch to hybrid learning instead.

Families Continue to Switch to Hybrid Learning

KTAR News recently published an article where they discussed the increased desire to enroll students in schools that follow a hybrid learning model. A big motivator behind this decision is the amount of opportunities hybrid schools offer their students—opportunities that aren’t always feasible at traditional schools.

Our principal, Daniel Mahlandt, recently spoke about this and told KTAR News 92.3 FM that hybrid schools like Valor Prep offer, “an innovative model that’s flexible to what the parents and students need.”

As such, we at Valor Prep are seeing an increase in enrollment for next school year–something that KTAR News also covered in their recent article.

Valor Prep’s hybrid learning model isn’t the only factor that is leading families to make the switch. It also has a lot to do with our classes and the fact that Valor Prep uses an award-winning curriculum.

Valor Prep’s partnership with StrongMind, our curriculum partner, was recently featured in an article from Goodyear Independent. In the article, they highlight how StrongMind’s coursework optimizes learning opportunities for students.
